Shop the Look - Modern Living Room with Soft Tones
Sometimes you see a beautiful accessory for your home but then do not always know where and how to use it. I saw this rug and loved the soft tones in it and it inspired me to create this modern lounge. The grey sofa picks up on the tones in the rug and because it is such a stunning sofa, I kept the walls very neutral so that it stands out. If you are living in a high rise or a condo, this lounge design would be perfect for you.
I used Farrow & Ball's Blackened No.2011 on the walls and ceilings. It contains a pinch of grey, which makes it a slightly cool neutral paint colour and is great for using in minimalistic or modern interiors. Gray Cloud from Benjamin Moore would also work really well in this colour scheme.
